We all have dreams, and one of mine would be to travel the world taking flicks of different punk communities worldwide. I’m not sure if that’s ever going to happen, but in the meantime, I can stay local and take flicks of the community I live in. A couple of years ago, I was in Hollywood and happened to find myself outside of a Conflict show, where I took some epic photos of some Angeleno crusties. Then, some years later, the almighty Amebix came to town for their first show in 21 years, and there I captured many of those who were in attendance for this historic gig. I learned early on that some of the best photos that can be taken at a show may not always be of the bands, because the weirdos who make up the crowd have a fantastic story to tell. So after the jump, check out what crust punk looks like through my lens!
