Urban Exploration: Tanner Douglass’ Abandoned Buildings Photos

Tanner Douglass is one of our favorite photographers, and we’ve posted his work many times on CVLT Nation. Now he’s started a new photographic project, exploring abandoned buildings around his native Pittsburgh. His photos capture the awesome combination of creepiness and wonder that our abandoned buildings inspire in us. There is something both beautiful and evil in these once busy places left to rot, and Tanner’s eye sees it all.
