Something special happens when you gaze at an awesome portrait because of the emotions the subject conveys. As a photographer, William Lacalmontie takes the kind of pictures that are prime example of my above statement. His portraits of musicians such as Jake Bannon, Scott Kelly and the band Amenra shows that at times an up close picture can take you deeper into someone’s music than a live shot can.
