THE GREAT DERELICTION
KATA SARKA REVIEW

Kata Sarka‘s newest demo The Great Dereliction is sicker than the Norwalk virus. These dudes are pushing the frontier of heavy music to another universe. Kata Sarka’s music is crust as fuck but at the same time it has this beautiful blackened energy that’s mind-blowing. I guess you could call it well constructed sonic chaos & sonic mayhem. These dudes don’t play their instruments, because they rip them apart. On this demo, the vocals sound like the grunts & growls of ten million demonic ghosts wailing away. One of the things I really dig about Kata Sarka is that their music never loses the groove or emotion. The word on the street is that Carl Byers of Clandestine Arts Recording & Coffinworm helped out behind the boards. After the jump, find out some surprise info & get your download of The Great Dereliction!
