The diversity switch from Leviathan to Al Green also cancels out the care for elitism, if you really want to get technical about song choices.

not true – i’ve been enjoying the online-posted slow versions of EHG’s “Take as Needed for Pain” and Sleep’s Holy Mountain. Some of them are good and some aren’t. This one’s pretty good.

Hipster “metal” band: Includes Metallica but insists on using edited version to maintain credibility among online nerds.

elitest metal dude hates on band who has clearly proven their credibility long before this “release” and retains his anonymous credibility by hating Metallica, and in trve elitest form, everything else.

p.s. This is an insanely cool idea. What a cool way to create a conversation with fans and alleviate the whole “you guys rocked” tonight conversation that’s been had thousands of times.

Do yourself a favor and don’t reference Atlas Moth in the same sentence, paragraph, or even thought process with Metallica ever again.

While comprehension may not be your strength, I didn’t extend any hate upon Metallica or AM. I merely said it’s a very typical, played-out, thing to do.
