Pigs in Zen…
Jane’s Addiction Rare 1987
Full Set Now Showing!

1985 to 1986 was a strange and cool time to be a part of the underground music scene in Los Angeles. I remember during this era you had punks getting into hip hop, country, deathrock, classic rock and industrial. Places like the Scream and the Fetish Club were the shit and mashed all of the subcultures together in one weird place. Going to Zero Gallery in Hollywood in 85 was fun as fuck and you could just feel all of the cyco creative energy that was in this place. Out of this vortex of creativity rose a band that would change rock & roll. This was the environment that gave the world Jane’s Addiction, and when they first started there was no better band in Los Angeles. Check out Jane’s Addiction killing shit at the Roxy in Hollywood in 1987…Listen to what Jane has to say…
