Powerful to next degree & gloomy on a different level, I could choose more words to describe Wreck & Reference but I will continue later. This rad duo from Sac-Town bring the noise with only keyboards, samplers & chilling thought-provoking vocals. On the real, some of the textures in their music take me back to my teenage years when I was immersed in the positive punk scene and death rock. Wreck & Reference has a weird soulful dirge that has me keeping them on repeat. They have just released the Black Cassette which you can download for free from their bandcamp.
