History In Motion…
ABC No Rio Radness
Now Showing!

Unholy fuck nuclear wow…I just saw some of the sickest live footage that I have seen in long time. This is how it went down: New York’s very own video wizard (((unartig))) was on hand at the historical Lower East Side D.I.Y. venue ABC No Rio, which held an off the chain gig…you be the judge, here is the line-up: Thou, The Body, Argonauts, and Alkahest. ABC No Rio holds a special place in my brain – when I lived in the LES, not only did I silkscreen tees there, but I also saw killer shows there as well. It’s a fucking special room! Last Saturday, these bands totally wrecked shop, plus (((unartig))) captured this unreal event for us all to enjoy! All of the bands played killer sets, but wait until you see how Thou killed it with their cover of the Beastie Boys. So before and after the jump, step into the Unholy D.I.Y. ground called ABC No Rio!
