The black masses will take over the world & their name will be Heavy Cross. This California band is releasing a new tape any day now called Hinnom. These kids fucking bleed black, and the sound on this tape is epic blackened rotten roll. Heavy Cross gives you 10 minutes of pure uncut raw darkness & leaves you fiending for more. What I dig about this band is the way they arrange their songs – their structures are not run of the mill. Plus, they give everything they have to give from their blackened souls. Out of the six songs I have heard by Heavy Cross, all of them wake the dead. Do your job & start stalking their webstore to see when the Hinnom tape will be for sale.
Like I said before, the only thing wrong with this release is that it’s only three super killers songs; I FUCKING WANT MORE! One more thing, their song “Imperial Mammoth Faux Doom” from their new tape is straight homicide!
