Here’s one giant FUCK YOU to authority: two of CVLT Nation’s favorite young bands from the East Coast have joined forces for an Eastside tour this month, OLD WOUNDS & CODE ORANGE KIDS. So if you are down for gnarly hardcore with all kinds of epic twists, make sure to head out to their shows. This is what you do: let them know that the Nation sent you and chant the bands name like fuck, & do not forget to represent your hood! Both of these bands are on the forefront of the next generation of radness, & I know for a fact that they will bring the rage & you will not disappointed. On a personal level, I think it’s super awesome seeing OLD WOUNDS & CODE ORANGE KIDS link up & hit the road on some D.I.Y shit, now that’s what I call punk rock. Code Orange Kids has a 7″ coming out on Mayfly Records in the upcoming months, while Old Wounds has a release coming out later this summer through RTF Records.
