Out of the darkness came NOIZE NOIZE NOIZE…Brain Killer was born to destroy the rotting body of authority! This band’s new album, Every Actual State Is Corrupt, is a dis-crust masterpiece; on the real, this Boston band is not to be messed with. The album is a perfect balance between killer freaking lyrics, crusty riffs, & primitive pounding drums that can wake up the sleeping giants. Brain Killer recorded 11 songs of ultra brutal dis-noize tunes that feed the masses the right diet of audio mayhem. What pulls me in first about this album is the killer distortion that paints this whole album with a caustic layer of white noize – it eats away at my brain cells & I totally enjoy every minute of it. Brain Killer’s guitar solos are so powerful that maybe they can cause prison riots so that all of the political prisoners can break the hell out of their unjust bondage. I mean, the riffs on Every Actual State Is Corrupt are the kind of riffs that can cut steel. The drumming on this album sounds like 6 million freedom fighters marching against their oppressors. Brain Killer are wizards at using blackened feedback to create a wall of sonic knowledge that actually empowers you with each listen. Put on the song “Resist Control” & hear how everything about it runs over your entire being. This band creates the kind of music that makes the powers that be frightened because they know that if the masses knew the truth they would lose their grip on them. Brain Killer is more than a band, they are positive force that the whole universe should know about. I’m in DIS-BLISS!!!
