FALSE

All of the the trees are barren, all of the smiles are gone, all of the consumers are dead, all of the oceans are filled with the waste of the dumb & blind…is this real, or the sound of FALSE? This band is way beyond gnarly; maybe I should say that they exist on their own planet of darkness, where the sun does not shine anymore. FALSE will be releasing their Untitled 12″ via Gilead Media & Howling Mine, and trust me when I say their music is very powerful, raw sonic mind disease that actually destroys, but at the same time rebuilds. Ok, I’m not sure if you have gotten the picture yet, but this release really pushed my fucking wig back – I know for a fact I will be listening to this record many years to come. The record itself is broken down into two 12-minute tracks that take you on a blackened journey to a world below, then back up again. On the song “The Key Of Passive Suffering,” FALSE wastes no time before kicking into a hell storm of fury & metallic mayhem. This band possesses killer musicianship, and this can be heard on both of their tunes. I would call their music Black Metal, but don’t get it twisted, this band spits out their jams with punk abandon & attitude. On so many different levels FALSE does some pretty epic things, one being their creation of an ancient heavy wall of audio pain, but with the creativity to work in these very epic parts to their songs without ever sounding contrived, and all the while retaining their ultra brutal force. FALSE’s vocalist is an extra dynamic singer that sounds like evil was born in her throat, but she actually delivers her vocals in a decipherable way, which casts it’s own kind of spell. FALSE’s songs are also filled with melodic hate and a killer groove. I must say, the drumming on “The Key Of Passive Suffering” is so awesome – the timing keeps me enthralled for the whole song. All of the riffs on this are bloody stellar, but although you can hear the rage dripping off of them, it’s the emotion that their riffs pack that becomes my drug of choice. On the real, I feel damn lucky that I had the chance to hear such a rad band & also that I get to share them with you! If you dig you your black metal infused with real raw punk hate, let this band change your reality & get with FALSE!
