Beyond Epic…
HAZZARD CURE Live Footage + More

Wow, I think something might be in the water, because when it comes to creating awesome heavy music Oaktown can’t be touched. I mean, just look at the legacy of the bands that come from this town, nuff said! Right here, right now, the Bay Area is fertile ground for some ultra epic bands & one band that I really dig is the almighty Hazzard Cure. This band’s music is a sonic patchwork of the heavy kind; they blend doom with a punk attitude that will have you running to get your bong. Their 2010 demo is rad as fuck, one thing you hear for sure is that these brothers create what they do for the love of it. Also, I’m very happy to announce that they are in the studio right now working on their full length, which I know will only add to effects of my high! If you are on the West Coast you are in luck, because they are going on a California tour in July. CVLT Nation is also stoked because Hazzard Cure has confirmed that they will be contributing a volume to our Sonic Cathedrals Mixtape Series, so stay tuned & don’t burn out. In the meantime, today I wanted to share this gnarly live footage filmed by Kevin Hobbs from their last show at the First Church of the Buzzard. After the jump, check out their tour dates…it’s time for me to smoke some cure!
