A while ago, I put up a post announcing this year’s AMPLIFEST in Porto, Portugal on October 19th & 20th, but the details were still a little sketchy. Yesterday they announced the full lineup, and all I can say is if you are able to get your ass to Portugal you should do so! Not only does the roster of bands include bands like ALUK TODOLO, CHELSEA WOLFE, DEAFHEAVEN, UNCLE ACID & THE DEADBEATS and so many more, but there will also be talks by the organizer of Roadburn, the legendary WALTER HOEIJMAKERS, an exhibition of DAVID D’ANDREA‘s artwork, and screenings of Black Mass Rising and À l’Est de l’enfer.
