On 03/07/12 an Evening of Celebration and Doom was upon us.
Bruxers, from San Jose, are one of my favourite bands out here in the Bay Area and they were the first band I caught. Their sound is a Crushing mix of Crust/Death/Doom Metal. This is the first time “Platoon” has been captured! Check that out and “Nuclear Wind” after the jump.

Badr Vogu is a West Oakland Crusty/Sludge Juggernaut. They have established themselves as stalwarts in the local heavy scene with their onslaught of anger through sound. Check out a video of their new song “Gospel of Greed”!
