Fuck waiting around for handouts from corporate-backed record labels or having a movie studio validate your talent. What’s really special is when creative spirits join forces to create stellar art just for the sake of creating it. This is what the Kentucky band XERXES and another Kentucky native, filmmaker Max Moore, are doing. Out of their union has come this terrific video for one of XERXES new songs, “February,” from their soon-to-be-released album Our Home Is A Deathbed. Max did this song mad justice with his imagery, and his editing and effects are crack for your eyes! CVLT Nation is looking forward to seeing more from Max in the future – also make sure to check XERXES on tour now with the CODE ORANGE KIDS, see the poster after the jump!
