Blackened Crust

THE FATE BEFORE FATE…
INDIAN Guiltless Review

The new Indian album Guiltless released by Relaspe records is in a whole other world of blackened glory. From the doom start to the doom finish, this record is a vicious enjoyable journey. One thing I dig throughout the album are the vocals that sound like the death calls of ten thousand ghosts. The sludge & crusty drumming is off the chain. Plus, the guitars create this wall of drone that act as a layer of tension between all the other sounds. There are moments on Guiltless where the band finds this space of sinister emotion that actually energizes the listener.

Indian’s overall sound on the record is huge; their production relationship with Sanford Parker took it to another level. They use sound effects in a rad way that adds great texture to their blackened doom. Make sure on April 12th to bring Indian’s super gnarly album Guiltless into your own space of darkness! Also stay tuned for an epic interview that’s in the works between Indian & CVLT Nation. After jump, check out release details, and get a head start & check out the whole album being streamed now…
