What happens when you take a primitive raw black metal band & have them record in a tub of sonic acid? You get Rhinocervs. This band’s production quality is so lo-fi, it becomes hi-fi after repeated listens. When you put on this tape, you are going to be like, what the fuck? Is this Satan screaming at his legions? But actually, it’s just the stench of an epic band. Rhinocervs’ music starts to change as you let their tape play – these unclean melodic parts start to creep out of their songs. This band creates some awesome caustic grooves out of their chaotic noise. Rhinocervs paints their sound with a bleak atmosphere, but within this you can see the black sun shining.
