I hear the flesh rotting in my ears and all I can do is smile! I guess it’s because I’m watching the caustic live footage of NECROT & SCOLEX, filmed by our comrade Kevin Hobbs at the Elbo Room in San Francisco. Both bands wrecked shit and laid down huge decaying riffs that made their brand of death metal sound fucking awesome. While watching these videos it reminds that humans create the coolest art when it’s done for the right reasons. NECROT (out now via Blooddivine) & SCOLEX have releases out right now that you should check out for sure! The smell of death must be in the air, because San Francisco has some of the raddest death metal bands coming out of this country.
