Here is a tried and true classic look at 80s heavy metal. It doesn’t really get more authentic than the parking lot outside of the show, and “Heavy Metal Parking Lot” captures that authenticity well. This 1986 short documentary chronicles the escapades of Judas Priest fans in the parking lot of the Capital Center in Landover, MD. It’s all hair, beer and cut-off tees, and it’s hilarious.
