Photographer Tom Bejgrowicz has just released The Riff Compels Them, the first in a series of limited edition books that capture a point in time in music history. The Riff Compels Them features photos from the April 27th, 2014 show at Ottobar in Baltimore, which saw High on Fire, Eyehategod and Corrosion of Conformity take the stage together. Says EHG’s Mike IX about that night, “I believe wholeheartedly that time is an abstract concept and this night in question was just that; an abstract. Watching the interactions on and off stage was very surreal to me. This book is a document of that one-of-a-kind show; both an abstraction of time and space and a flat out killer goddamn time!” The book is now available in a limited run of 350 copies worldwide, and you can pick it up here, plus $1 from every sale goes to the Humane League of Lancaster County. Check out some shots from the book below…
