The 90’s are remembered for grunge, Lollapalooza and NIN, but I remember it as the time that freaks started to get their shine. The Maestro behind this weirdo uprising was Jim Rose and his traveling group of odd humans. They went by names like The Amazing Mister Lifto, The Enigma, The Torture King, Matt ‘The Tube’ Crowley, Bebe the Circus Queen and Jim Rose himself.
