As the emotion rolls over the hills of sorrow, the trees of despair have cut us off from the light of hate. Yeah, maybe I’m a little weird, but I’m listening to this killer song from Germany’s ISOLATION, & these are the kind of things I ponder when listening to their tune “Closing A Circle”. It’s a rad work of sonic art, with many dimensions to it – the driving drums play perfectly off the vocalist’s deadpan, mournful vocal delivery. ISOLATION knows damn well how to conjure up drama within their songs, which is awesome, because it’s just other facet of their music that can get into your soul. Today, CVLT Nation is very excited to be streaming their title track from their debut album, Closing A Circle, available now via Eisenwald Recordings. This is the culmination of 5 years of work by the band, and three epic demos – Striding On The Path Of Nihil, A Prayer For The World To End and Bleak. With Closing A Circle, ISOLATION has really found their musical voice, and you can hear it loud and clear on their title track. Below, check out the stream and find their full album available here.
