A couple of months ago, LOCRIAN released a stunning LP in the form of Return To Annihilation on Relapse Records, and today we are honored to premiere their music video for one of the more haunting songs on the album, “Panorama of Mirrors.” Directed by LOCRIAN’s Terrence Hannum , this visual is as esoteric and chilling as the music itself. With vibrant color and darkness in equal parts, the play of light through crystals gives the impression of trapped souls, screaming for release from their rock cages. I feel like I have climbed through the Earth to a place where I am powerless, where I have to hide and watch what unfolds before me, beautiful and evil at the same time.
