Elias Tormentor is one of those artists that makes me really thankful for the internet. We stumbled upon his MySpace page a few months ago, and since then we have made a beautiful art relationship between CVLT Nation and the Tormentor. He is the artist behind our SANCTUM print for CVLT Nation One, and we have a few more Tormentor surprises up our sleeve for CVLT Nation Two. His style is distinct yet varied – he has the ability to create both the evil and the ethereal, and he works with fine detail but can also create clean and crisp images. His logos are killer to say the least, and his imagination is vast and crawling with demons. His art reflects a true affinity for the dark thoughts and a talent for translating them into imagery that is meticulously vile. Like fellow CVLT Nation One artist Daniel Desecrator, Elias is based in Chile, and his artwork reflects a true appreciation for black metal and death metal. CVLT Nation really needs to do a South American metal tour, to connect to the community down there and show our appreciation for their skills and dedication! After the jump, take a look at some of Elias’ pieces…and stay tuned for his epic CVLT Nation Two designs…
