CVLT Nation Top 6 Gig Posters of 2011

Silkscreened gig posters are one of my favorite art pieces to collect, not just because of their price, but also because I am a big fan of the art of silkscreening. Nothing makes a band radder, in my opinion, than when they choose an amazing artist to craft an image that captures the spirit of their music, but also showcases the talent of the artist behind it. It was extremely difficult to pick my favorite gig posters of this year, there were so many t-shirt graphics and album covers that were screaming out at me, but I limited myself to silkscreened posters only.
