Underground Movement will release the long-awaited album from Irish band [R]evolution of a Sun this summer. [R]evolution of a Sun have been around for nearly ten years at this point. So have gigged with Tragedy, Baroness, The Ocean and loads more. Very hard to describe their music, but they are rooted in the underground hardcore scene. I think their music gives a harrowing backdrop to the current bleak economic downturn in their country.
A year in the making, ‘Hell’ was recorded in their native Cork city by Lawrence Whyte. The album has eleven new tracks, the listing is as follows: “Evolution”, “Ashes”, “Sacrifice”, “Hell”, “Past”, “Fugitive”, “Conspire”, “Segregate”, “Break”, “Dissent”, and “Titan”. The album, ‘Hell’, is the follow-up to band’s 1 track digital download album ‘Sacrificehellroutine‘ in 2007.
