Before I knew that cheese came from the Mid West, I knew that some of my favorite punk bands came from this part of America. DIE KREUZEN put Wisconsin on the Hardcore map. When I first heard their 1982 demo, I was hooked and ranked this band up there with Necros. Later on in the 80’s, DIE KREUZEN started to change their sound with more of a post punk direction. Honestly, I was not mad at them at all when I heard October File. Today, CVLT Nation is stoked to offer their first two demos for download, plus check out some rare 1983 DIE KREUZEN live footage. It gets better: this awesome band will be performing at this year’s Roadburn, so stay tuned! Download link after the jump!
