Midnight Crust…WHIPSTRIKER
Review + More

I like my metal fast, I like my metal dirty, I like my metal soaked in whiskey & WHIPSTRIKER brings the metal ruckus the way I fucking like it! This Brazillian artist creates crust metal that should keep all of the filthy hordes way more then happy. His music is possessed with the blackened ghost of voodoo & you know what that bring to the table that fucking killer nuclear groove. WHIPSTRIKER is on some Motorhead worship styles but that fine by me because he really puts his own spin on it for sure. On songs like “WCA” you can tell from the first riff it’s time to head bang & that’s just what the fuck I’m doing – so will you once you hear this tune. His EP Midnight Crust is a record where d-beat & metal are combined to make the perfect kind of gun powder. WHIPSTRIKER mixes up the kind of metallic crust that makes me want to start on a new denim vest. If you like Toxic Holocaust, without question you can’t go wrong with WHIPSTRIKER. I really would like to see him rock shit live, I know that his live set would off the meat rack. So after the jump, check out some ballistic live footage!
