Terror Eyes…OLD WOUNDS Review

Hot Damn! Old Wounds is the shit! They have put out a new record called Terror Eyes that has the demonic sludge boogie vibe on point. Old Wounds are creating new wounds – this band spits out unholy urban bile straight into your grill. The singer is totally fucking awesome; he rides the grooves that his band mates create for him like a pro. Yeah, I would call them sludge, but they have this dark layer of anger that paints their songs black. On a musical tip, these dudes do not miss a beat. “Black Daze” has these epic catchy & damaged guitar parts that wreck shop. This New Jersey band is repping more than their state, Old Wounds is putting it down for humanity. The only problem I have with this record is that it is too short; I want a whole album.
