‘Blankness is Not a Void’ Exhibition By…
Scott Campbell/Steven Parrino/Raymond Pettibon

Marc Jancou Contemporary presents their latest exhibition entitled “Blankness is Not a Void,” featuring works by the the talented Scott Campbell, Steven Parrino and Raymond Pettibon. The exhibition is a “starting point the dialogue between Campbell’s contemporary creations, Pettibon’s 1980s Punk Rock imagery and the Romantic, mannered works on paper of Parrino, the show encourages viewers to re-evaluate American “low” culture by considering the commonalities among these particular artists’ chosen content and use of materials.” The exhibition utilises this conversation to explore the universal ideas of death, love and sex. Exhibition opens at the Marc Jancou Contemporary Gallery on 29th April and runs until June 4th.
