The Post Apocalyptic Psychedelic Art Of DAN McPHARLIN

Excuse me as I pack a bong load before I write about the Post Apocalyptic Psychedelic artwork of Dan McPharlin. I actually feel high as fuck just looking at his images. I love his use of color and the way he draws from the past while pushing his viewer into the future. Dan’s work takes us into his imagination, a portal into a far off unknown universe. Although his style is futuristic, it’s still very organic, which is not something that is easy to accomplish. It’s time for you to tune into Dan McPharlin‘s artistic mind’s eye!

Bonkers and brilliant! There’s a certain amount of Archigram in there which is always a good thing for me.

Love this guy, harkens to classic 70s sci-fi art like Ralph McQuarrie and Syd Mead. I wish he was more active lately, it’s been years since the bulk of his work was published.

Prefuse 73 used one of these as an album cover. Reminds me of the artist who did some of the Yes and Asia covers too.
Really pulls you out of this world.
