NSFW: Nine Inch Nails ’ Rare Unreleased ‘SNUFF FILM “Broken”

The Nine Inch Nails short film known as the Broken Movie is up online, but nobody knows for how long! This intense visual was created by Peter Christopherson of Throbbing Gristle, Coil, and Hipgnosis design group. It’s very violent and extremely graphic, which are a couple of reasons why I really dig it! For many years now, it’s been almost impossible to find, so here is your chance – but like I said, who knows how long it will be up!

this is not the real video. I saw it. There was never dismemberment or organs removed. And the attacker had a stocking over his face. He removes it at the end, but you can never get a good look to identify him. This is similar to the original, but not it. The original looked too real.

this has been online times before, on the torrents over a decade ago. I think it’s funny how the blogger said it was almost impossible to find, yet for me, i saw it for sell on the streets in SF even in some underground record shops in the early days when it was first made, then, a local friend had a copy and made a copy from that, by the 2000s you could find various quality copies on the net. in the early 2000s a DVD quality copy was released to the torrents. (there is more to that story) by the time the utubes hit, parts and sometimes the full video showed up on there. so this is not impossible.

Eli Roth can eat a dick. Modern day horror can learn a thing or two from Peter Christopherson. Some of that looks eerily real at the end.

    • Ryan Whorton

      April 26, 2016 at 6:34 am

The end section is the best part. It’s hard to see and chopped up, but it feels really real. And yes, Roth is a joke since hostel.

Figure must be some new marketing cause those of us who know, watch it occasionally and have known of such for (seemingly) ages now! 😀

p.s. Remember when every tv show or movie went to the weird, dangerous club and they had baby dolls in barbed wire and a Ministry song playing? Oh, and the bartender was always a transvestite who had the connection? Even better, remember living that?

  50. Allen Inman

    April 26, 2016 at 1:32 am

Oh, 90s, you rebel you! While I blame Downward Spiral and Nevermind for ending ‘alternative’ as a subgenre, it was a good time for fetishizing fetishization. The explosion of marginal tattoo hacks, piericing afficionados, Tampa, and miles of PVC and JNCOs…thankfully, the best people are still tattooing away, and have diversified thier skills. Even grandmas have tattoos now. Clive Barker mellowed out and became a dad (as did Trent), and most of the outfits have gone into cold storage. As for the video? I thought everyone except Charlie Sheen knew that it was all a movie, from Broken to Guinea Pig to The White Room to everything else that showed up on the monitors on industrial night. I am looking at YOU, Urotsukidoji!
