‘Ghost on the Highway’ The Gun Club Documentary

One of the greatest bands to come out of the L.A. underground had to be The Gun Club. Jeffery Lee Pierce came from his own planet and used his music as a vehicle to take us to the place where he was understood. I just found this interesting documentary called Ghost On the Highway: A Portrait Of Jeffery Lee Pierce and The Gun Club. This is a must-see for any fan of this man and his band. I’m a total nerd for these kind of films and could spend all day listening to Kid Congo & Jon Doe talk about their homie…Get your sex beat on below and press play.

    I wasn’t a big fan of the doc…on the internet there’s a mashup? Kinda thing of this with live footage thrown in. Much better.
